Booking
- All new clients will require a credit card to reserve their appointment. No exceptions.
- Same day bookings may be available to subsequent clients, but are not viewable online. If you would like to check for same day appointment availabilities, you can submit a waitlist request. If a time is available, you will be contacted prior to us completing the booking.
- Please note that these services are not insurable by health insurance providers
Payment & Options Available
- Payments will be taken upon arrival to your appointment.
- VISA, MasterCard, Debit card, cash or e-transfer are all acceptable forms of payment
- E-transfers can be emailed to info@vitalitewellness.com and must be received prior to session start time.
- A receipt will be provided to the client upon completion of payment.
Arrival
- Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time for the completion of payment prior to session start, and for the use of the washroom prior to session start time. This will maximize your booked session time.
- If you have not completed your initial session Intake Forms online prior to your scheduled visit, please arrive 20minutes prior to your appointment time to complete these forms, and to allow time for your consultant to review these forms.
- Please note that we currently do not have an onsite reception service. When we are in a session the door will be locked.
Fees for Missed Appointments
- Fees for missed appointments is the full cost of the service time booked. The fees will be charged to the credit card on file that was given when initially booked.
- Fees for a cancelled or rescheduled appointment which falls inside of the 24-hour notice from session start time is the full cost of the service time booked. The fees will be charged to the credit card on file that was given when initially booked.
- Fees for a cancelled or rescheduled appointment due to illness or injury which falls inside of the 24-hour notice from session start time will be waived for the first occurrence only.
