Nathallee Hartwell was born and raised on the prairies of southern Manitoba. In 2007, she moved to Vancouver to further her education. She graduated with a Professional Counselors Diploma, and completed certifications in Psychosomatic Therapy, Forgiveness Coaching, Reiki, and bodywork massage.

In 2010, Nathallee opened up her own clinic The Massage Studio Whole Body Wellness in Vancouver. She worked as a Holistic Massage Bodyworker for 12 years, while garnering a consistent 5-star reputation for 12 consecutive years and multiple accolades including Best Spa & Wellness Professional of the Year in BC, and twice Best Massage Runner Up in Vancouver. 

With a strong penchant for learning new things, all things health related and a deep seated love for massage, she went on to complete the 2,800 hour RMT program at the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy (VCMT) in 2020. She is currently a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapy of British Columbia (CMTBC). For nearly a decade and a half, Nathallee has gained well over 15,000 hours of hands-on massage experience. While initially her main focus was on stress relief for mental and emotional wellbeing, it quickly grew to include functional rehabilitation and posture correction. Working to help people feel better, function better, and get back on their feet, literally and figuratively.

In 2021, she moved her Vancouver practice to Tsawwassen. She then rebranded the company as Vitalité Restorative Wellness Ltd, with a mission "to restore energy, strength, and good health". This was designed to be inclusive of its upcoming expansions into Wellness Consulting, Transformational Coaching, Nutrition, and Fitness...which aligns with her original vision of a whole body wellness experience; healing from the inside out. 

Nathallee has resided in sunny Tsawwassen since 2013, and is happy to call this beautiful seaside town home. 

Mr. Bones is our office mascot and rescue from the dusty shelves of an undisclosed warehouse. Little did anyone know, he had a bone-fide passion for anatomy! He started his formal training as a study buddy and sidekick to Nathallee during her massage therapy training, quickly proving his knowledge of the human body was more than just skin deep.

With his sharp wit, extensive anatomy expertise, and always friendly demeanor, he earned a promotion to our office greeter, where he now greets every guest with a toothy yet warm smile. When he's not making clients feel at ease, he’s on the lookout for any signs of muscle tension or posture issues, ready to lend a hand—or, well, a bone—to help you feel your best.

Since 2021, Mr. Bones has happily made the front office of Vitalité Restorative Wellness his home sweet home, where he’s been laying down roots—even if they’re just bone deep!
